September 6th, 2024 – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.<\/em>\u00a0 Crestline is pleased to announce the retirement of Gary Masson, our esteemed Ontario Regional Sales Manager, after nearly 13 years of dedicated service. In preparation for this transition, we are excited to welcome Jamie Wagner as the new Regional Sales Manager for Ontario.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Gary Masson, our esteemed Ontario Regional Sales Manager for the Crestline brand, will be retiring at the end of October 2024. Post-retirement, Gary will continue to work part-time through November and December 2024, concluding his employment there after.<\/p>

In anticipation of this transition, our organization initiated a recruitment drive several months ago to find a suitable successor for Gary’s role. Gary’s nearly 13-year tenure with Crestline, and more recently with DBCM, has been marked by significant contributions andfar-reaching influence. His presence and the strong relationships he fosteredwill be deeply missed. However, we also celebrate his well-deserved retirement.<\/p>

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Wagner as the new Regional Sales Manager for Ontario, effective September 3rd, 2024. She will work remotely from Sudbury, Ontario. Jamie brings extensive experience in sales management, which will be a tremendous asset to the DBCM family.<\/p>

Jamie joins us from Philips Canada, where she served as the National Channel Account Manager for the Emergency Care and Cardiology Division. In this role, she developed and executed channel partner strategies, built and maintained strong relationships, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to align strategies. Prior to her tenure at Philips Canada, Jamie held successful positions at Stryker Canada as a Certified Field Manager and Eastern Canada Account Manager in the Emergency Care Division. Jamie also played a key role in training and mentoring sales representatives across Canada and coordinating medical education programs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Starting in September, we will begin transitioning customers in the Northern and Eastern areas of Ontario to Jamie, while Andrew Robert will assume responsibilities for customers in Central and Southern Ontario. Moving forward, our Ontario region customers will be segmented by geography rather than by the Demers and Crestline brands. Specific customer assignments and action plans to ensure a smooth transition will be communicated to stakeholders shortly.<\/p>

In the coming weeks, Jamie, Gary, and Andrew will be dedicated to meeting with each of you personally. We look forward to these discussions and the opportunity to strengthen our partnership with you. Additionally, we are excited for the upcoming Ontario Association of Paramedic Chiefs Fall Symposium<\/a> at Blue Mountain in early October. We hope to see many of you there, as it provides an excellent opportunity to connect and exchange ideas.<\/p>
