As fleets continue to grow across North America, the Demers-Braun-Crestline-Medix group<\/a> is strengthening its aftermarket organization to deliver faster, more connected, and more responsive customer support. This next phase of growth reinforces the company\u2019s long-term commitment to helping customers maximize vehicle uptime and maintain continuity of service.<\/p>

To support this evolution, Scott Frey was appointed Vice President, Specialty Vehicles and Canadian Customer Care & Aftermarket. In this expanded leadership role, Scott will help drive the continued development of a more integrated aftermarket organization focused on operational alignment, service responsiveness, and customer experience across the company\u2019s Canadian operations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

With more than 10 years of experience helping grow Crestline\u2019s commercial bus<\/a> distribution business, Scott brings a strong customer-first mindset, deep operational knowledge, and a proven track record of creating value for customers through responsiveness, collaboration, and service excellence.<\/p>

Under Scott\u2019s leadership, Demers and Crestline will continue expanding and aligning their Customer Service and aftermarket operations across multiple service locations and brands, including technical support teams for Demers and Crestline, as well as service operations in Beloeil, Saskatoon, and the company\u2019s newest Ontario service location in Bolton.<\/p>

This expanded structure is designed to create a more seamless customer experience by improving responsiveness, reducing parts delivery lead times, and strengthening DBCM\u2019s ability to minimize vehicle downtime.<\/p>

Just as importantly, it will also strengthen the organization\u2019s ability to capture the voice of the customer and translate your feedback into continuous improvements across service, support, and operational processes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Paramedic Services will receive more consistent support, stronger service coordination, and improved access to the expertise and resources needed to keep ambulances in service.<\/p>
