New Vice President of Operations at Crestline

VP Operations Crestline Coach

January 19, 2024 – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan: Crestline Coach is thrilled to announce an organizational change in the role of VP Operations at Crestline Coach. With our primary focus on increasing capacity and reducing lead times, we are pleased to welcome, Andreas Moborg, to our Saskatoon Operations team and as a member of the Canadan Division Leadership group.

Andreas’s appointment follows the retirement of our VP of Operations, Richard Valenti, in September 2023.  Andreas’ immediate mandate will be to increase production capacity taking advantage of the recent addition of more than 30,000 square feet to our Saskatoon facility. To further support our goal of reducing lead times, additional investments are being made in capital equipment and automation to increase capacity and productivity in fabrication and in our powder coat paint processes. Andreas formally joined Crestline in September 2023 and brings an extensive skillset to our team, particularly in progressive leadership roles within manufacturing, covering areas such as quality, health and safety, and continuous improvement. His recent role as Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Operational Excellence for high-growth manufacturing companies in the oil and gas industry demonstrates his capability to drive excellence and scale manufacturing operations.

He has a proven track record for successfully growing labour staff, with a heavy focus on training, as well as supporting a team-based accountability method. Andreas’s expertise and team-oriented approach will positively influence both retention and candidate attraction, crucial components for establishing Crestline as an employer of choice within the manufacturing industry. We look forward with anticipation to the positive influence Andreas Moborg will bring as he leads our team to new heights.
