Aluminum Extruded Body
We are proud to offer our customers an aluminum extruded body construction that embodies our commitment to reliability and practicality. Our ambulances boast a fully certified design that meets or exceeds the rigorous KKK-A-1822F and GVS V2.0 standards, including the GVS V2.0 remountable standards. With a Lifetime Structural Warranty, you can trust that our aluminum extruded body, including the cabinetry, is built to last. Not only does our construction provide industry-leading payload and ample storage space, but it also prioritizes safety, aerodynamics, and an efficient remount process. The thoughtfully designed layout supports efficient workflow and ergonomic functionality for both EMS professionals and patients. Furthermore, our floor construction is designed to accommodate all cot systems.
Aluminum Cabinets
All of our ambulance models include highly durable and long-lasting aluminum cabinetry that meets the demands of emergency services professionals. Our cabinetry is built to withstand the rigors of the field, providing a reliable storage solution for essential equipment and supplies. Designed with SAE compliant hardware, our cabinetry ensures secure and efficient organization. The use of aluminum material makes our cabinetry lighter than wood, reducing the overall weight of the ambulance without compromising on strength. They are powder coated, creating a durable surface that is also easy to clean.
Dual Step Entry
Designed with safety and ease of access in mind, our dual step entry features a first step that is lower to the ground, ensuring safer and easier entry into the ambulance for both patients and caregivers. What sets our dual step entry apart is its exclusive ergonomic feature, specifically designed to accommodate ambulatory patients, making their transition into the ambulance smoother and more comfortable. Furthermore, the design of our dual step entry eliminates the need for repairs, as it has no moving parts that may wear out or malfunction over time.
Rear Bumper Design
The bumper design features an underbody construction that prevents damage to the module in the event of an impact. This means less downtime for repairs and more time on the road where it matters most. But we don’t stop there – our rear bumper also includes a kick-plate that serves a dual purpose. Not only does it protect the body from impact damage and road debris, but it also helps reduce corrosion, ensuring that your ambulance stays in top condition for the long haul.
CrestCoat: Powder Coating
Offering a *Lifetime Paint Warranty, you can trust that our powder coating finish will stand up over the lifeof your vehicle. Not only does this durable coating offer exceptional protection, but it also contributes towards lower costs in the long run through our lifetime warranty. The CrestCoat technology increases the module life, making Crestline ambulances a viable option for remounting. We understand the importance of being good stewards to our planet as well, which is why our application method is environmentally friendly.
Flush Mount Windows
Our flush mount windows not only provide an automotive style for improved visibility and corrosion resistance but also offer practical benefits that save time and money. By incorporating these windows into our ambulances, we’re helping lower repair costs and preventing leaks that can cause headaches down the road.
4" Radius Corners
The rounded corners on our modules are a key visual identifier of a Crestline ambulance, but they’re not just for looks. Our 4″ radius corners improve aerodynamics, increase fuel efficiency and enhance vehicle handling.
O2 to Go
When it comes to transporting oxygen cylinders, Crestline has you covered with our O2 To Go oxygen cylinder storage solution. Designed with the safety and convenience of emergency services professionals in mind, this storage system allows you to transport oxygen cylinders in a safe and effective manner. Its lightweight and trouble-free design means there are no complicated systems to maintain, making it a hassle-free option for your team. Additionally, our O2To Go storage system helps reduce back injuries by eliminating the need to lift heavy cylinders.
Remount Advantage
The CCL 150 ambulance model offers a remount advantage that can save you thousands of dollars. By remounting the extended life module on a new chassis, you can avoid the expense of purchasing a completely new ambulance. Not only does this approach provide significant cost savings (between 20-50%), but it also minimizes vehicle downtime, allowing you to get back on the road quickly. We’re proud to offer an eco-friendly solution that reduces waste, promotes sustainability, and saves money. And to top it off, our Crestline Lifetime Structural Warranty applies to our remounted ambulances, providing peace of mind and added value.
