What does the Crestline ambulance warranty include?
Crestline’s ambulance warranty includes a Lifetime Structural Warranty on the modular aluminum body and a Lifetime Paint Warranty on the CrestCoat™ powder paint finish, both applied to the original owner and chassis.

How do I file an ambulance warranty claim?
All warranty claims must be filed through an authorized Crestline dealer partner. Claims require pre-approval, completion of the warranty claim form, and return of defective parts.

Are all repairs covered under warranty?
No, not all repairs are covered. This is why we require preauthorization. We want to make sure you know what’s included and to avoid any surprises.

Does the ambulance warranty transfer if I sell my vehicle?
No. Crestline warranties apply to the original owner and original chassis only.
Do I need to use Crestline factory parts for repairs?
Yes. To maintain coverage, all warranty work must use OEM or Crestline-approved parts installed by an authorized service center.

Every warranty has guidelines, and Crestline’s is no different. To make sure you know exactly what’s included and where limitations apply, we have outlined the key points below.
- Coverage is conditional upon normal use and preventive maintenance
- Warranty applies only to the original owner and chassis
- An authorized Crestline service center must perform work
- All repairs require Crestline authorization before work begins
- Replacement parts are shipped upon approval. Defective parts can be returned within 30 days at no charge if they are confirmed to be defective
- Crestline is not responsible for the chassis warranty, which is handled by the manufacturer (Ford, GM, etc)
- Exclusions include, but are not limited to: latch adjustments, tire wear, upholstery, routine maintenance, damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse Refer to Crestline’s full warranty policy for more details
