Community Involvement
Improving lives is embedded in our company’s culture.
At Crestline, community involvement is an integral part of our identity, and employees share our energy and enthusiasm for giving back, creating a sense of belonging and common purpose.
We have a long and proud history of supporting local, regional, and national community initiatives that reflects one of our core values – embodying family spirit. Our products already play a key role in helping paramedics assist the most vulnerable; caring for the well-being of others feels like our overall corporate responsibility.
By actively engaging in community-based initiatives; partnering with various educational institutions; supporting industry associations; participating in trade shows & events; and providing financial donations for non-profits and community organizations, our goal is to help shape a better world, one act of kindness at a time.
We are involved in our local community of Saskatchewan.
As a company founded by Saskatchewan entrepreneurs, giving back to our local community isn’t just a responsibility, it’s a privilege. It’s also a heartfelt commitment that drives us to make a tangible and lasting impact right here in a place we are proud to call home.
- Ronald McDonald House Charities: All proceeds raised from this summer’s annual fundraiser BBQ, where we invite neighbouring businesses, go to RMHC who provide the comforts of home for families of sick children receiving medical treatment. (2023)
Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation: Employee volunteers worked on a custom-made Crestline ambulance play structure for the Child Life Zone area at the new children’s hospital. (2019)
Saskatoon Open Door Society: We were nominated for Partner of the Year for their Skills 4 Work Program, where we were featured as their interviewing employer. Our role was to conduct first-round interviews for newcomers to Canada and to offer them a safe and comfortable environment, candid feedback on what they did well, and advice for future interviews. (2022)
ManuQuest Event: The Saskatoon Industry Education Council partners with us annually during Manufacturing Week in Saskatchewan, organizing tours to introduce students to the various careers available in manufacturing.
Go Fund Me Humboldt Broncos and the Humboldt First Responders Fund: After a tragic accident involving the Humboldt Broncos, our employees donated, with an employer matching contribution, to two funds that were established to assist the families of the Humboldt Broncos and the first responders who were impacted by the incident. (2018)
- Saskatoon Minor Hockey Association: Crestline is proud to be the annual sponsor for the SMHA Volunteer of the Year Award. (2018 – Present)
Others: Medics 4 Mental Health, North Memorial Health Foundation, Sumner EMS Assistance, Wounded Warriors of Canada, United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Synergy 8 Drive for Kids Campaign, etc.
Our kindness goes beyond borders.
The financial participation of the company and its employees also translates into various acts of philanthropy as they arise internationally. For instance, we raised money for the Canadian Red Cross – Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal. Another example is the Ukraine EMS Project from 2015. Crestline partnered with MD Ambulance to refurbish 12 donated ambulances from EMS services in Western Canada and send them to Ukraine.

We support our employees.
Crestline is proud to support employees and their families who belong to groups or sports teams which fundraise to support their costs.
We support many industry associations.
Whether supporting as a significant sponsor or participating as an exhibitor, we participate in these events to exchange with various EMS professionals from coast to coast, and get to know their needs better.
