As Paramedic Services Week 2024 comes to an end, another successful event has also come and gone – our famous Paramedic Services Week Barbecue.
Every year, Crestline Coach welcomes our local heroes during Paramedic Services Week. We look forward to this annual appreciation barbecue every year for a chance to honour paramedics – the pillars of our community.
The BBQ took place at the Wheeler Head Office where paramedics could stop by for a delicious lunch, surrounded by Crestline employees who were thrilled to be able to break bread together.
In addition, we’re extremely proud to announce that our employees generously contributed to raising over $1000 for the Canadian Paramedic Memorial Foundation.
“Crestline Coach has always celebrated Paramedics Week nationally. In 2016, we started the Paramedic Week BBQ where we offer a free burger and a fellowship to all First Responders who show up. For the last two years, we have started fundraising for the Canadian Paramedic Memorial Fund with all non-First Responders donating $5.00 towards the fund. Together, we have a lot of organizations participating in the event such as EMS Services, EMS schools, local responder groups to local businesses stopping by for a burger and fellowship.” Bob Lang, RSM Western Canada
We would like to send out a huge thank you to everyone who participated and donated. This event is something that we look forward to each year, not just for a celebration, but it’s an amazing opportunity to be able to give back to incredibly important organizations such as the Canadian Paramedic Memorial Foundation.
