To offer an outstanding experience to our customers, we have implemented a quality management system ISO 9001:2015 certified at our Customer Care West location. The registration covers the Quality Management System (QMS) for designing, manufacturing, and distributing ambulances, rescue vehicles, specialty vehicles, and related products and services. We also apply the Quality Management System to the retail sale and final stage assembly of buses, paratransit vehicles, tour buses, shuttle buses, and other transit vehicles.
